雖然是留級生，且出身菜市場金紙店，但因不平凡的市場嗅覺，以及從小培養的敏銳觀察力，讓原本就創意多端的鄭立鍵先生打造出非凡的咖啡王國。草創初期，剛退伍的鄭立鍵先生在學校圍牆外擺著小攤車，一點一滴，慢慢琢磨至今，才創造出這個高雄著名的在地品牌。雖然現在已為金鑛咖啡總經理，但『創業維艱 守成不易』，因此事必躬親的嚴格態度，讓每間門市從小細節到大方向，不只追求細膩用心，更期望能達到完美。 |

With an extraordinary observation and ideas, Vic Cheng is not only the founder of CrownFancy but also the first pioneer of the Compound Coffee Chain Shop in Taiwan.
Even without an extraordinary education background, Vic Cheng ‘s natural burn gift in creativities and business tracking abilities, he has created his own CrownFancy coffee kingdom. Everything starts with a small coffee mobile stand outside of school wall, little by little, Vic has accumulated market feedback and demand, CrownFancy became the well-known Coffee shop in Kaohsiung city. Vic Cheng did not forgot his story of success, he watches every single detail on selecting the material, way of preparation and the facial expression on consumers; As a General Manager, his perfectionism has pass to all CrownFancy’s employees in every outlet. |
